Yeah, I've seen this several times recently. It's basically the same text each time except the city changes (Aurora, CO, San Antonio, Chicago, Dallas etc). Also, it's always "four apartment building complexes". Never 1 or 2, never 3 or 5. Always 4. Flat out lazy trolling.

My family and I have walked around New York multiple times recently and had a great time. This includes Times Square and the Port Authority bus terminal at night. That is boots on the ground. The MAGAts here responded to me that my anecdotes are meaningless. So much for boots on the ground.
