Insider trading is rampant in congress.

It is probably impossible for anyone to consistently beat the market. The vast majority of people and businesses don't even try, buying bonds and other lower risk assets. The fact that congress is so corrupt should not be surprising. The fact the few care should.

Gaetz wasn't charged with a crime because a case couldn't be made beyond a reasonable doubt. It would have been a waste of time. I think he is probably guilty, but that isn't the standard for criminal charges.

Half of congress hasn't even been properly investigated for their crimes. In aggregate, it is clear they are violating the law. Democratic House Members and Republican Senators are better investors then all the top hedge funds.
