I suspect this was just a publicity stunt to get noticed. She ran for Missouri Secretary of State in 2024 and finished 6th in the Republican primary with 7.5% of the vote. She's 25 and there's some doubt whether she was old enough to run for Congress in the last election. Missouri has no age limit for Secretary of State. Judging by the OP, she must have recently moved to Texas and she's already running for Congress in 2026 (unless she found a recently vacated district). This sounds like the kind of stable and well established person we should be encouraging to run for office. LOL.
