Elon said “my heart goes out to the crowd” and then threw his heart to the crowd. That is not the Nazi Salute. I will attach that in the comments.

Goebbels Musk did an enthusiastic full throated Nazi salute (twice) and of course you turds valiantly defend it.

Exactly. There's basically only one hand/arm gesture to avoid when making a public speech. It's not that hard.

Apologies after apologies. AOC rightfully called out the ADL's bs.oski003 said:GoOskie said:He knew exactly what he was doing. But the turd defenders have to do their assigned jobs.FourthQuartersOurs said:

Take it up with the ADL, who chooses to take a reasonable stance instead of searching for slights.
Just to be clear, you are defending a Heil Hitler salute that was performed and repeated for emphasis and clarity.

And AOC is happy to defend some of the worst antisemites (Talib/Omar) and only call out people like Musk under the false pretense of caring about antisemitism. She objects to a random arm motion by Elon, but none of the truly awful things done by Talib/Omar or for that matter the pro-hamas demonstrators who threaten violence and support genocide. She's a fraud.sycasey said:

If AOC wants to blame someone for encouraging antisemitism she should look at the mirror https://t.co/vhPAYH7KpQ
What is the most awful thing done by Tlaib or Omar, in your view?BearGoggles said:And AOC is happy to defend some of the worst antisemites (Talib/Omar) and only call out people like Musk under the false pretense of caring about antisemitism. First of all, both are obsessed with alleged wrongdoing by Israel (e.g., "genocide" or "war crimes") but have literally nothing to say about genocide or human rights violations in Arab counties or Iran. A double standard like that is one definition of antisemitism.sycasey said:What is the most awful thing done by Tlaib or Omar, in your view?BearGoggles said:And AOC is happy to defend some of the worst antisemites (Talib/Omar) and only call out people like Musk under the false pretense of caring about antisemitism. I was looking for something more along the lines of actual directly anti-semitic quotes or something, not statements that some people interpreted as such, or some instance where they failed to mention something or didn't vote for some non-binding resolution. None of that actually causes anyone harm. Also, have you actually checked up on some of these claims?BearGoggles said:First of all, both are obsessed with alleged wrongdoing by Israel (e.g., "genocide" or "war crimes") but have literally nothing to say about genocide or human rights violations in Arab counties or Iran. I can't say what is the "most awful", but Tilab has defended hamas, adopted the genocidal "from the river to the see" change, posted a map of the middle east in her office without Israel on it (hint hint), and voted against a resolution condemning rape and violence by Hamas on 10/7 (she was the only vote against). I believe she was censured by congress for her antisemitism. She opposes as two state solution.
Omar has been a consistent purveyor of antisemitic tropes and statements.

I believe both voted against providing Iron Dome DEFENSIVE weapons to Israel. Because they apparently think Israel should not have a defense to Hamas/Hezbollah missiles.

You're right at home defending this.
From the river to the sea is "directly" antisemitic. Full stop. It is from Hamas' charter as a call to end the existence of Israel and attack/remove/kill jews. A call for genocide.sycasey said:I was looking for something more along the lines of actual directly anti-semitic quotes or something, not statements that some people interpreted as such, or some instance where they failed to mention something or didn't vote for some non-binding resolution. That looks to me like ADDING Palestine to the map, not removing Israel. She is the child of Palestinian immigrants, so I can see why she might have done that and it's not necessarily due to antisemitism.

She has defended Hamas and other bad actors. In her initial statement on 10/7, she refused to condemn Hamas (didn't even mention them) and made a lot of other awful comments. She was censured for it.

Netanyahu’s Likud party charter declares that "between the Sea and the Jordan there will only be Israeli sovereignty", and no Palestinian state.
