Most of these have been talked about for at least 20-30 years, so it's old news to me. One or two aren't familiar, but the others were pretty despicable. Go read up on them. Knowledge is good, or at least that's what Animal House says.

By the way, the 1962 memo was less than a year after the Bay Of Pigs fiasco, so there were probably dozens of What-if scenarios about Cuba floating around the Pentagon to fix their wounded pride about that mess. It's hard to say how serious they were in that memo or if it was acted upon any further than that. However, it's fairly well established that we made numerous failed assassination attempts on Castro then and over the next several years.
