It's genius, really. Egypt and Jordan absorb the Palestinians, then the US rebuilds Gaza into Atlantic City - Middle East, owned by Trump... er... the US... and run by Israel!

Redeveloping Gaza is noble, if done to support the lives of Gazans.
Unfortunately, Trump only sees what personal gain he can obtain in an opportunity.
