Maybe they should have attacked Israel on 10/7 and/or elected Hamas as their government? In Gaza, Hamas has hidden behind the population - a choice they made. They could have released the hostages and ended the war months ago.

There are consequences to starting a war and, unfortunately, that involves innocent people dying. Any war crimes on the Israeli side should be investigate and where appropriate prosecuted. But the vast majority of civilian deaths are the direct result of Hamas imbedding with civilians.

The fact that you can't bring yourself to criticize Hamas' starvation of hostages speaks volumes about your moral compass. There is nothing justifying that treatment.

Exactly how innocent are they? They voted for Hamas. They participated in the 10/7 slaughter of Jews. Abducted Jews have been kept in their civilian homes. They parade about and taunt and try to attack released Jewish prisoners.

If they are merely doing this because they have no choice and are oppressed by Hamas, say so.

Or perhaps they are doing this because they want to kill Jews and remove Israel from the map. In which case, they reap what they sow (not unlike Germans in WW2 who went for the Nazis).
