The same way they unilaterally did all this other "flood the zone" virtue signaling that you MAGAs are lapping up as quickly as your leaders spoon it out.

It's easy to move fast and break sh_t when the party in power in congress is not interested in fulfilling its functions as checks and balances.

You apparently haven't been keeping up with all of his Executive Orders to re-direct POWER back to the Executive Branch, or are you really this tone-deaf?

He's now executed yet another Executive Order to put the FCC, FTC, and SEC under the purview of the Executive Branch and OMB Director Russ Vought.

I'm sure this will get challenged in the courts.

But it makes one wonder how long before he tries to take CONTROL of an independent agency created by Congress like the Federal Reserve.

Apparently, this Administration doesn't give a damn about the U.S. Constitution.

If any of this ever winds-up at the Supreme Court, I can't imagine what then happens if they rule against this POWER grab by the Executive Branch and then Trump decides not to enforce that decision.

I think that's what people call a Constitutional crisis.
Only time will tell, but we certainly appear to be heading in that direction.
