It's nothing to do with actually operating the island prison - it's to do with getting a mindset of fear, punishment, good, bad, and creating division in society. Of course, he will dictate who is good and bad and who needs to be feared and punished. Priming the mental pump. Kill "cum-bay-yah"

I found out that my Texas cousins all conceal carry pistols. This is the mindset he wants to push.

Not all who conceal carry are lunatics. But some of us did start carrying because of them.

Trump being Trump. Ratcheting up crime fears is always part of the game but nothing has or will happen. Remember " The Wall" or re-opening Gitmo or building all these sites to hold deportees. None of it has happened. Trump is a *****cat but his followers eat it up as does the opposition party which ratchets up their own base's paranoia.
