Steve Rattner presents his analysis in charts:

I always like Rattner's graphical presentations.
The bill is concerning because it increases the debt, and that puts American on a path to default in the future.
Rattner'ssegment on wealth inequality is also concerning to me.

I follow the solar aspect.
The 30% tax credit for new installations goes away Dec 31. You'd better get them finished by then.

Equipment pricing has already gone up due to tariff nonsense.

Companies are already closing down.

I see Trump as incredibly aligned with fossil fuels. Aren't the Koch brothers behind Trump?

Check out the tax breaks the GOP sandwiched into this bill:

Special tax breaks for venture capitalists, Alaskan fisheries, spaceports, private schools, rum makers and others together costing tens of billions of dollars quietly caught a ride on Republicans' sprawling domestic policy megabill.

GOP megabill littered with special tax breaks

Best ROI ever!

Listen to the staffer in the background trying to intervene before she puts herself in deep water. "Senator, we've got the… uhhh…."

Classic! "Uh, we've got no time to be accountable to you reporters right now!"

Talking heads that get daily assignments to just rip and ridicule republicans/democrats lose their credibility with viewers of the other side because of the snarkiness and the nonstop grind.

But whenever a reporter comes on and presents with DATA, that's really effective.

Rattner's personal perspective is understood. This is the strongest I've heard him share his conclusions to his data.

Anyways, glad you found it worthwhile.
