Following the failed impeachment effort (Senate acquittal), President Trump then fired IC IG Michael Atkinson on April 3, 2020. He then nominated John Ratcliffe to the position of DNI to replace Acting DNI Ric Grenell.

Ratcliffe was part of both Atkinson depositions in 2019.

Why didn't John Ratcliffe release the evidence of it in 2020? Ratcliffe was now a confirmed DNI with access to the full record and work product that led to the previous impeachment effort.

Why did we have to wait six years for Tulsi Gabbard? Ratcliffe new President Trump was set up.

I can hardly wait to review the credentials of the crack prosecution team they assign to that matter.

Does anyone know if they have any prosecutors left at the DOJ that:

1. Have first chaired even one felony trial through jury verdict;

2. Can quickly find the courtroom that the case they are handling has been assigned too; and

3. When they finally arrive at the correct courtroom, know which end of the counsel table that they are supposed to stand on.

Tulsi Gabbard interview on her criminal referrals.

So Atkinson (quick take):

- changed Whistleblower procedures (law?) to allow hearsay as evidence
- had no direct evidence
- didn't even read the transcript of the alleged crime
- when the DOJ declined, he took the fabricated evidence to political sources (Adam Schiff?)
- the alleged Whistleblower has an ideological bias
- this same alleged Whistleblower played a key role in the fabrication of the fraudulent ICA assessment two years prior?
- ergo, the CIA tried to remove a sitting President

Don't forget, this isn't an isolated crime or individual.

They Intell Community / Lawfare / Democrats tried to build an impeachable event within the Mueller (Weismann) investigation. They needed a Mueller 'obstruction' case to trigger the impeachment… It didn't work. POTUS didn't take the bait.

Mueller was designed to trigger the impeachment. When that failed, Mary McCord / Atkinson used CIA Analyst Ciaramella.

Don't forget the whole Lawfare community including Norm Eisen, Andrew Weissmann, Barry Berke, Dan Goldman, Benjamin Wittes and many others.
