The first time I saw one it made an impression on me. I was just a boy. I was with my sister, our cousin and her boyfriend. They were 8-9 years older than me. Probably summer of '62 or '63. We were in Clearlake walking down the main drag, Lakeshore Drive. My cousin's boyfriend points out the Cobra and says, "Holy Smoke, that's a Cobra. That is one b@itchin car!"



*This guy is a friend of my brother in law. I sat next to him at my nephew's wedding a few years back. He is a very nice man.

sorry I missed the event this year.

The Murcilago Roadster while incredibly powerful was viewed as hard to drive due to it's size. Not sure if this was a factor or it was driver error. I always was snarky about Lambos because often you could not see out of the back, but then I read the retort that if you drive a Lambo, you don't have to worry about traffic behind you.
