Cannabis is not CBD. Cannabis contains CBD but also THC, the drug that makes you stoned. When I was trying to get better sleep after seizures I asked my neurologist if CBD would help. She said maybe but to make sure it didn't contain any THC. I have enough brain drugs going through my system and THC could mess those and my brain up. She okayed CBD.
