Also bear in mind that all Western commodity exchanges are manipulated. Oil is no different from gold or silver.

The prices on the commodity exchanges are the "paper price" -- NOT the price of the actual physical product at the point of delivery.

For gold & silver, COMEX has the "paper price". The Shanghai Commodites Exchange has the price of the physical product.

Right. The Shanghai oil price has shot way up, it is more reflective of actual current global demand and physical deliveries:





"Shanghai crude is what Asian refiners actually pay. Brent and WTI are Western benchmarks.

In normal times, Shanghai trades $5 to $10 above Brent.

One month ago, the gap was $10 to $15.

One week ago, it was $20 to $25.

Today it is $30.

This is panic buying.

China is the world's largest oil importer. They cannot find enough supply.

The Hormuz constraint hits them directly. The Saudi pipeline loss removed their alternative.

They saw this coming in August. They stopped lifting from Red Sea ports.

Now they are paying record prices for remaining supply.

The $30 gap is the market screaming that the physical shortage is real."

For some reason, you have totally disregarded the oil rally of the last 2 weeks in the face of your "tanker" posts from Twitter. Is price discovery not important to you?





PS. We just took out yesterday's low which allows for an easy set-up to be short with limited risk.
