This seems to have kicked something off on the right. Even folks like Karl Rove and Erick, Son of Erick have decided that it's getting too racist in the GOP.

LOL at them making this all about Israel. Israel can suck it.

I read Erickson's article and he mentions Israel once, in the context of a Bible passage (so not the modern country of Israel). He also once quotes Nick Fuentes talking about his "counter-Zionist" views. That's about it.

So I'm not sure what you mean. How is this all about Israel? The argument here is about a white nationalist fringe trying to move the country towards dictatorship, not about Israel specifically.

Bo French's tweet was about Asians. Both articles make sure to lump antisemitism and Jew hatred into their articles.

I don't care what Erick Erickson has to say on any subject and Karl Rove, a former pariah in the liberal news media, now gets trotted out every so often by them because he's an anti-Trump Republican despite being utterly irrelevant since the end of the Bush II administration. If you don't want racists in charge of the government, even something as far down the ladder as the Texas Railroad Commissioner, don't vote for them.

But if you really want the appeal for racist candidates to go in the toilet, the best way to do it is for the people in government who at best don't harbor racist views at all or at least have the common sense to keep their racist views to themselves and not blast them out on social media to actually start doing things that benefit the voters. That's what the voters have been screaming for and what the government continually turns its nose up against while they pander to all the people with racist views towards Palestinians specifically and Muslims in general.

So you'll have to forgive me if I don't give a crap about what these two have to say on the subject. Both of these guys are actually perfectly fine with racism and have the track records to prove it.

Dude, part of the point of posting statements from those guys is to demonstrate that there seems to be a split now forming on the right about how racist their fringe (or former fringe) is becoming. It's not to endorse all of their past views.

Both articles are not just direct responses to Bo French. They are general criticism about how the white nationalist wing has gained too much power in the Republican Party. I never voted Republican anyway, but the party is going to be around and it would be nice to see them actually start self-policing this stuff.

The rise in left-wing antisemitism is a much bigger problem for the Democrats than any tweet Bo French has to offer.

Antisemitism has risen on all sides, thanks to Israel's conduct in Gaza and elsewhere, and could be a problem for both parties.

The correct left-wing response is: "What anti-Semitism?"
