Stupid comment but where was the treason? Also when was the first treason and if you're gonna say Jan 6 just don't respond.

Jan 6 was absolutely treason and why the majority of the Senate voted to remove him from office. The AG should have prosecuted him sooner. The Supreme Court should have barred him from running for office again.

When your legal argument is so bad that you get overturned 9-0 by nine Supreme Court justices, all with very different political points of view, chances are that you just don't understand the Constitution.

A good Supreme Court would have ruled 9-0 as it did on the question of Colorado blocking Trump but then used it's authority to block Trump on it's own.

A good Supreme Court or a liberal Supreme Court?

A good Supreme Court

There's a difference between those two? /s

A liberal Supreme Court at least respects and abides by our Constitution

Your evidence of that? Your evidence of a conservative Supreme Court not following the Constitution?

We keep hearing that this Conservative Supreme Court is doing Trump's bidding while voting against him at the same time on multiple major decisions. They have been very fair and have followed the Constitution.

Not really. Even I agree with that unanimous decision as individual states shouldn't be allowed to block candidates under the 14th amendment. However, only 5 Justices supported the full argument outlined in the decision. The 3 liberal justices said the 5 justice majority was wrong to dictate that only Congress could block a candidate. They argued no decision on the matter of how the Federal government could block a candidate was needed in that ruling. Justice Barrett also wrote her own opinion basically saying the same thing. So the Court was actually split 5-4 on the more meaningful question of how to block candidates, as clearly I don't think anybody wants states being able to make their own determinations.

A good Supreme Court would have ruled 9-0 as it did on the question of Colorado blocking Trump but then used it's authority to block Trump on it's own. Of course that was never going to happen with this Court and I said so at the time.

Your post above shows you just don't understand the ruling or the Constitution.

Not only do you not understand the Constitution, you apparently didn't bother to read Barrett's opinion

The majority's choice of a different path leaves the remaining Justices with a choice of how to respond. In my judgment, this is not the time to amplify disagreement with stridency. The Court has settled a politically charged issue in the volatile season of a Presidential election. Particularly in this circumstance, writings on the Court should turn the national temperature down, not up. For present purposes, our differences are far less important than our unanimity: All nine Justices agree on the outcome of this case. That is the message Americans should take home.

Weak response. We all agree states shouldn't be able to remove candidates under the 14th Amendment. You hid from my entire post.

Even though Trump didn't say what you're claiming, if he did, you've now stooped to the level of someone you denigrate relentlessly. We've always said you are more like Trump than anyone else here.

I clearly do it by design to mimic that guy that you admire so much.
For some reason, you aren't able to detect any hypocrisy in that.

Shocker.

I detect your hypocrisy, yes. You bash it on one hand then do it yourself. It's par for the course so it's not surprising but it is fascinating to watch.
