What a great story a 32 year-old G league player who spent 10 years in the D-league trying to get a shot at the Show get his shot. He has two little girls and a wife who were able to see his debut as a Laker. He didn't disappoint as he didn't miss a shot in the first half and kept the Lakers in the game until the end. The TNT crew did an interview with him after the game and he sounded like a great guy and was happy to get his shot. I think he said he works with kids getting them ready to take the Math section of the SAT and ACT. Both Kenny and Shaq said they were going to send their kids to him for some help. In a game full of superstars, it was good to see someone with perseverance make it to the Show. He graduated with a degree in math and has gray hair, which gives old smart guys hope that they could still play in the NBA
