Well, the MC Rally pumps $800 million into South Dakota so they have to pick their poison, go broke or get sick, maybe real sick. It may be a risk many locals have to take. The part about all the attendees going back to their home states is a major downside.

*I felt like that at an Allman Brothers Concert in '73.
