Why isn't cal phone tickets open Friday nite before virg game

I could not get online ticket order to work tried twice. Then called Friday nite before Virginia game. Why wouldn't they have that open before a game next day?

I have gotten complaints from friends multiple times this season about ticket office not being open on weekends.
