Honolulu WR Sykes Turning Heads With Size and Talent

WR Matt Sykes (6-4, 205) from St. Louis High School in Honolulu doesn’t have the high ranking, doesn’t have an impressive offer list or much hype outside the island of Oahu, but this is an extremely talented and athletic football player.

One of the reasons he’s perhaps underrated is he missed is junior season because of injury. Sykes did earn MVP Honors at the 2019 Army All-American Combine, but six months later broke his leg at a University of Hawaii Camp.
