Spring Practice Day Three -Bears Don Shoulder Pads

It felt a little more like football today at Memorial, with the players donning shoulder pads for the first time this spring on day three of spring practice.

For junior linebacker Evan Weaver, the pads couldn’t come soon enough.

“Oh man, I’m waiting,” said Weaver about the chance to play full pads. “I don’t know if it’s happening tomorrow but if we do, let’s hope those receivers don’t come across the middle.
