The Bears are preparing for life without Tre Watson and during Tuesday's practice four running backs took turns at the position.

Watson, who started the first two games of the season and had 11 carries for 52 yards in the opener, was declared out for the season Monday because of a lower body injury after only seven carries last Saturday against Weber State.
