Former Quarterback Moore Finds a Home at Tight End

Collin Moore came to Cal with the dream of becoming the Bears quarterback, following in the footsteps of his hometown pal Jared Goff, the former Cal star.

But Moore can read a depth chart as well as the next guy and soon realized the numbers were against him. He also sustained some injuries that would have discouraged players less determined. Rather than quit the game he quit the position.  Now he is a tight end with a legitimate chance at significant playing time this fall.
