Big Cal DB Target Phillips Set to Visit Bears

We first became familiar with four-star La Habra (CA) CB Clark Phillips last year at The Opening Regional in Los Angeles. Phillips was a relatively unknown prospect, but willing to compete anywhere and against anyone in order to prove how talented a player he was.

Although he already had offers from Washington and UCLA before that, offers began to roll in at a significant pace a few months later when Nebraska, Florida, Alabama and Texas A&M offered during the Spring/Summer.
