2020 Football Recruiting Overview - Defense

It’s the program’s third year under Justin Wilcox’s leadership. Coming off a 7-5 regular season including victories over Washington and USC, Cal’s staff can now sell momentum and clear progress. With 16 public verbal commitments, the 2020 class is off to a solid start but also has some more needs to fill. Only six of those 16 commitments are on defense so far.
