Mark Fox Era Begins With Wednesday Exhibition

Fans will get their first look at Bears basketball Mark Fox style on Wednesday night when the Bears host Saint Martin’s college in an exhibition at Haas Pavilion at 7 p.m.

The Bears have seven newcomers including six freshmen on the 17-man roster. But in some sense they are all rookies.

“We really have 17 new players,” Fox said.  "There's no experience in how we're trying to play. The young guys can't learn from the older guys in that way.
