The main story of the distressing game in Memorial Stadium Saturday night was injuries, In the 41-17 defeat at the hands of USC, the Bears lost some key players and had a big scare.

The good news is that linebacker Evan Tattersall, who left the field strapped to a stretcher after being hurt on a kickoff, seems to be OK.
