2021 Focus: Los Osos QB Donovan Smith

Cal has had some decent success recruiting quarterbacks in the past few years. Both 2019 commit Spencer Brasch‍ and 2020 commit Jaden Casey‍ were well received additions by both fans and scouts alike as underrated 3-star prospects that should be able to have successful college careers.

In the 2021 recruiting cycle, Cal is looking to abandon the underrated recruit label in an effort to hit a home run with either Miller Moss‍ or Ty Thompson‍.
