Breaking Down Cal's Road Woes

This season for Cal’s men’s hoops has been a tale of two teams. When playing in Berkeley, the Bears are 10-3 with losses only to Oregon and Harvard. On the road, however, the Bears have been less competitive. Outside of the comfy confines of Haas Pavilion, the Bears are 0-8. And of those eight losses, the Bears have only been within 10 points twice — a semi-home game in San Francisco against Boston College and in Boulder against Colorado last week.

So what exactly is going on for Cal on the road? Let’s take a look.

Pretty wild that there are only two P12 teams with winning road records. And just barely...with USC at 5-4 and ASU at 4-3 on the road overall and nobody with a winning conference road record.

Home cooking in the PAC-12?

It is helping us but will hurt the conference teams trying to make the postseason.
