5 Star 2021 WR Troy Franklin Talks Cal Offer and Recruiting

5 star 6-3/175 Menlo-Atherton receiver Troy Franklin‍ is one of the highest-rated Bay Area recruits in recent memory, with a boatload of offers from top programs. The Bears joined the offer list recently after seeing the strong progress he’s made in the classroom.

“They’ve showed interest from the very start of my high school career but I was kind of slacking off (academically) so they just let me know I had to get my stuff straightened out,” said Franklin.
