Wednesday Practice Report

Despite the fires in Sonoma and Napa counties causing smoky air throughout the Bay Area, Cal's practice schedule remained unaffected this week.

The Bears held a brief walkthrough Wednesday afternoon in advance of Friday night's game against eighth-ranked Washington State.

"Obviously our thoughts are with everybody (affected by the fires)," said head coach Justin Wilcox .
