Tonges, Other Tight Ends Can Come From Everywhere

Locating  Jake Tonges on the Cal football field will be a little harder this year, assuming there is a season. When the Bears get to the line of scrimmage, Tonges and the other Cal tight ends can be lined up almost anywhere. Moving people around is one of the features of new offensive coordinator Bill Musgrave’s system.

“We are lining up in a lot of different spots on the field,” Tongs said in a recent telephone interview.
