Saturday Football Report: Garbers, Modster and Saffell Give Updates

The Bears were back on the field today after a Friday off and have begun to prepare for the season opener next Saturday night in Memorial vs. Washington.

Late this week, a shipment of t-shirts came in that were distributed to the team to pay tribute to jack-of-all-trades former staffer Bud “Dog” Turner after passing away a the age of 84 this summer. Today would’ve been his 85^th birthday.
