Bears Penalties Raising a Flag

Cal has a problem with penalties, although statistically it is not as bad as it seems.

In numbers of penalties per game, Cal has done a lot worse than this season. Of course they have done a lot better, too.

This year the infractions seem to come at inopportune times, which is what really annoys the coaches. After last week’s win over Colorado, head coach Justin Wilcox was asked about the issue.
