Given the extended eligibility bestowed on the roster from COVID and the emerging importance of the transfer portal, the 2022 recruiting class was always designed to be smaller.  In this case, thirteen high school players and one JC prospect have signed NLIs to go along with three transfers.  The class will likely expand with the addition of a JC player and three to four more portal transfers later this Spring.
