Coming off their 24-17 defeat at Notre Dame, the Bears knew they missed a big opportunity to make a statement to the nation that their program had turned a corner. Much of that lies at the feet of an offensive line who all too often couldn’t protect quarterback Jack Plummer or open up consistent holes for the running game.

Head coach Justin Wilcox was asked what they could do to get the line play up to par.
