BERKELEY - The high winds and rain let up hours before the Bears hit the field for Day 7 of spring ball this morning at Memorial Stadium.

Defensive coordinator Peter Sirmon was on the banner after practice and was asked about his thoughts on the defense’s performance during Saturday’s scrimmage.

“Got a lot of work done," Sirmon noted.
