Cal Football Fall Camp Preview - The Offensive Line

Over the past two seasons, no position group has underperformed more than the Bears' offensive line. Pass protection in particular has been among the nation's worst whilst run blocking has been below average at best. Thus, when the 2022 season ended, the highest priority the staff had was to shore up this unit. That started with the hiring of Jake Spavital as Cal’s new offensive coordinator.
