On a cooler and initially overcast morning, the Bears gave the public the last fulsome look at the team in fall camp.  This is the point in camp where legs get tired, players get tired of hitting and blocking the same people and the competition for spots in the rotation gets fierce.

“Penalties, playing cleaner technique, better decisions," Wilcox said of takeaways from the scrimmage that they'd need to work on. "Too many penalties showed up both sides.
