When California begins the season Saturday at North Texas, it will be a homecoming of sorts for offensive line coach Mike Bloesch and more than a dozen of players on the Golden Bears roster.

Before getting hired at Cal last December, Bloesch spent three years at North Texas as the Mean Green’s offensive coordinator, offensive line coach and sometimes quarterbacks coach.
