Washington Preview: Huskies Better Than Expected

With the possible exception of Arizona State, Washington is the Pac-12 team that has most exceeded expectations thus far.

The Huskies, picked to finish tenth in the conference in the presason media poll, are 12-4 and 2-1 in the Pac-10, the last three all on the road.

Such a bunch of overachievers is probably the last thing a struggling team like Cal needs to confront. But the Bears have a date with the Huskies in Seattle Thursday night. The Pac-12 schedule is unforgiving.
