The California football team will make the trip to The Farm to face Stanford in the 128th Big Game on Saturday, Nov. 22 at 4:30 p.m. PT on the ACC Network, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced on Monday.

The Golden Bears (6-4, 3-3 ACC) will renew their rivalry with the Cardinal (3-7, 2-5 ACC) at Stanford Stadium in Palo Alto. Cal has taken four straight and five of the last six matchups in the Big Game, most recently winning a 24-21 thriller in Berkeley in 2024 when the Bears came back from a 14-point deficit and put together a memorable 98-yard scoring drive in the final minutes to retain The Axe.

Cal has won the last three contests played on The Farm, most recently earning a 27-15 decision at Stanford in 2023 to win three or more Big Game contests on the road for the first time since beating the Cardinal in six straight between 1937 and 1951.

Not sure why the pattern seems to be that Big Games at Cal start earlier in the day, while at Furd they are later. But this continues it.

Nothing like one of the oldest rivalries in CFB played on the ACCN

One of the teams needs to be legitimately in the playoff hunt to get the game off of there, that late in the season. Was the same way in the Pac-12.
