The Bears added a commitment today from fast-rising ATH Niles Davis today.
The 5-11/165 Davis recently added an offer from Cal as well as UCLA, Arizona State, BYU and more after making an early commitment to UC Davis.
“My relationship with Cal is great,” Davis said. “I really like where the program is heading. I trust Coach Rivera that he’ll either keep their current receiver and DB coaches or bring in new ones who are as good or better.”
The 3 star ATH is a dawg on both sides of the ball, totaling 802 yards and 11 TDs at receiver and 50 tackles, 2 INT and 3 forced fumbles for Westlake this season. Davis also has elite speed, clocking a 4.42 forty, a 10.6 100 meters as well as a 21.5 200 meter time.
Davis helped lead an amazing turnaround for the Westlake program, going from 0-10 in 2014 to an undefeated 10-0 regular season before bowing out in the playoffs.
