Local 4-Star DT Jacob Bandes Discusses 'Special' Cal Offer

Jacob Bandes‍ has visited Cal countless times throughout his life, but his most recent visit turned out to be the best one. The four-star defensive tackle from nearby Pittsburg left with an offer from his hometown school.

"This offer is special to me," Bandes said. "It's in my backyard. I really like Cal."

At 6-foot-3, 295 pounds, Bandes has dominated his competition at Pittsburg High School.
