1968 'Bear Minimum' Played Defense to the Max

This year marks the 50th anniversary of one of the more successful and interesting football seasons in Cal history. It was a tumultuous and historically significant year in Berkeley, in the country and in the world, and the football success understandably was obscured. Yet it still managed to excite the student body and grab the attention of the gridiron world.
