Ben Moos: Former Tight End Is Now On the Defensive

Ben Moos’ football career took an abrupt turn during spring practice. One day he was a tight end catching passes and clearing paths. The next he was an outside linebacker, knocking down footballs and running backs.

All it took was a phone call.

“Going into the last week of spring ball I got a call from coach (Justin) Wilcox,” Moos, a redshirt freshman said this week. “He asked me how I would feel about it (changing positions).
