Cal Fall Camp Full Pads Day 8

For the second practice session of fall camp, the Bears were out in full pads on a sunny Saturday morning.

Some Day 8 highlights:

• RS Soph QB Brandon McIlwain had his best day of fall camp after an uneven start the first week of camp. He ran the ball well, as usual, but he also hit several big passes during the session and had his highest completion percentage to-date. It came at a good time, as it was a full-contact day for McIlwain as opposed to the other QBs.
