Coaching vs. Talent - An Analysis

There are several aspects that go into creating a good football team. Most of these fall into one of two general categories – Talent or Coaching. As a former player and coach I have a real appreciation for well-coached teams. It’s not that such teams are immune from losing – it simply means that well-coached teams tend to consistently play at or near their talent level for most of the season.
