This is a team that needs to blitz on every play to even stand a chance. Of course, they have to be disguised in some manner and I have no faith that Sirmon can manage this. Spurrier did this in his stint at Duke because they were so awful. I can't imagine they were worse in a vanilla defense than this Cal defense. And Spurrier had the guts to make an unconventional call like that, not sure Wilcox has it in him.BearRaidNation said:

This is going to be a bad year athletically for CAL. I hope the AD takes some time to examine all athletic programs. However, CAL football hasn't changed much since I graduated in '75.
