I agree to some extent. But if he doesn't fall, I think its a TD. He had 1-1 vs a small db. Tommy has had a rough season IMO.

The theory is you go with max protect and the defense will focus on the bigger receiver thread

I think he started the season as their starter and was removed after their bad start. Seems to have more arm talent and poise.
